CANCELLATION POLICY: In case the training is cancelled by geevo Academy, the full amount paid by the participant/trainee will be fully refunded. If the cancellation is made made by the trainee up to 5 working days before the start of the training, 30% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the cancellation is made in less than 5 working days or on the day of the training or during the training, the amount paid will not be refunded. In the event that the participant trainee (and/or its company) does not receive the HRDA grant, for reasons that are not the responsibility of geevo Academy (for example trainee failure to complete 75% of participation required time etc.), then the trainee will be charged with the full amount of the training cost, including the HRDA grant part.
